My arbitration approach is holistic, emphasizing amicable settlement of disputes through conciliation whenever possible. Many of my arbitration cases have been settled through conciliation and award issued under Section 30 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, aligning with the true spirit of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). By encouraging parties to negotiate fair settlements, I help end meaningless litigation and create win-win solutions for all stakeholders. The major advantage of my approach regarding conciliation is that the matter rests there rather than opening the doors to a never-ending battle.
